CHANGE OF PASSENGER'S NAME IN RAILWAY RESERVED TICKET .

           Normally the name of a passenger in a confirmed Railway  reserved ticket is not transferable to another passenger. But transfer of tickets may be permitted for confirmed  reservations under the following circumstances. 

• As per request (written application with original identity card ) of a passenger in favour of another member of his family like father, mother, daughter, son, brother, sister, husband and wife. Relationships documentsand photocopy of ticket should be attached. 

• Any official tour of govt servant or a govt servant proceeding on duty requests to change in favour of another govt servant proceeding on duty, request should be made from appropriate authority. 

• Members of a marriage party and students of a recognized institution where written request is made by the head of marriage party or head of institution. But request has to be made 24 hours in advance. A group of NCC party also permitted where request is made from the head of NCC party but request to be made 48 hours in advance. A request for change should not exceed 10% of total strength of party and once only.

• NB .passenger may also be charged boarding station IRCTC e-tickets or Railway counter tickets as per Railway rules.

       1.The applicants held be a resident of local district .

      2.The applicant should not be under 18 year of age & should be passed in class 10th exam.

       3.The selected applicant also have to produce a certificate from local police station that's he/she has no criminal case pending against him/her.

        4. Also attached a residence certificate   Operating procedures for STBA.

1.The cost of hardware and software including mentanance and space will born by Railway free of cost. 

2. The selected applicant may nominate additional persons for selling tickets. 

3. The STBA Oparator shall be allocated to sell all types of unreserved tickets through UTS including platform and season tickets.

• Tender forms may also be obtained from office  of Sr DCM ,Eastern Railway,  Howrah.on production of original money  recept (cost of tender documents) .Money recept will issued by Booking supervisor (G)/howrah. The tender document will be downloaded from Eastern Railway Official website. But the cost of tender documents (non refundable) by bankers cheque/demand draft in favor of FA&CAO,ERly Kolkata. The tender forms and draft will be dropped in office of Sr Divional commercial Manager ,Commercial Branch, New  Complex, Yatri Niwas 4th floor, Howrah

• Last date of submission 16th January 2023.

• Terms of agreement 03 years. 

Selected bidder has to submitted earnest money and security money Rs 5000/_and 25000/_.

Slab1 @25% up to monthly turn over 20000/_

Slab 2 @15% up to monthly turn over 20000_100000/_

Slab 3 @4% over 1 lack,or the rate quoted whichever is lower.
